Yolo Semi Hard Cheese Halloumi Mediterranean Herbs

Our Mediterranean halloumi is a semi-hard cheese made from cows milk in the traditional Cypriot style flavoured with a mix of herbs. The taste is mildly tangy with a strong herb flavour and a squeaky texture. Our halloumi can be enjoyed in innumerable ways from fried by itself to in a salad.
