Yolo Semi Hard Cheese Halloumi Chilli & Lime

Our chilli and lime halloumi is a semi-hard cheese made from cows milk in the traditional Cypriot style flavoured with chilli and lime. The taste is tangy with a spicy kick and a squeaky texture. Our halloumi can be enjoyed in innumerable ways from fried by itself to in a salad.
