Chantal Organics Rye Flour is milled from organic whole rye grain for a dark, full flavoured flour. It's traditionally used to bake rye bread for a dark colour, dense texture and a distinctive flavour.
For a lighter loaf, use Half Rye flour and Half White flour.
For a lighter loaf, use Half Rye flour and Half White flour.
