1. "Mini Margherita Pizzas": Use gluten-free English muffins as a base, top with La Gina Italian Tomato Paste Passata, sprinkle grated mozzarella, and place a few fresh basil leaves. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. 
2. "Tomato Egg in a Hole": Use a large, round cutter to create a hole in a slice of whole-grain bread. Pour a spoonful of Tomato Paste Passata, add a raw egg in the hole, sprinkle some cheese on top and bake till the egg is cooked to your preference.
