Coles Overnight Chia Pudding Mango & Coconut
Only 5g low sugar per serve. Source of protein. Good source of fibre.
1. Add 35g (2 tbsp.) of the dry chia pudding mix to a bowl or jar
2. Add 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
3. Mix well, ensuring the liquid is well incorporated into the dry mixture
4. Cover & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight then add your favourite toppings
Chef's Tip: Use a mason jar or yoghurt parfait container in place of a bowl so you can enjoy on the go after it sets. Some topping ideas: peanut butter, fresh berries, sliced mango and apple, nuts and seeds.
