Ceres Organics Organic Umeboshi Vinegar

At Ceres Organics we like to keep things pure and wholesome. So our Umeboshi Vinegar is made with organically grown Ume plums, the Far Eastern equivalent of ‘an apple a day’.
Using traditional Japanese methods, the plums are pickled with Shiso leaves, then pressed into a deliciously tart and salty vinegar, without heat or chemicals. Use to add flavour and goodness to dressing and marinades, stir-fries, soups and more.
