Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous is golden couscous with aromatic spices, sultanas and pine nuts. These tiny ‘grains' of crushed durum wheat are pre-steamed and then dried.

To make the couscous, simply pour it into a bowl and stir through some boiling water. Cover and leave it for 5 minutes then drizzle over some olive oil and fluff it up with a fork.

Quick & easy to prepare and can be enjoyed in many ways:
- Simply add olive oil or melted butter for extra flavour.
- A delicious alternative to rice, pasta or potatoes.
- Allow to cool, add freshly chopped vegetables & serve as a simple salad.
