Here's a quick how-to guide on how to use some of the best features myWellaBee has to offer

✨NEW✨ - How to use the List Feature

Using our list feature allows you to save all of your favourite products to as many lists as you like, so they're always easy to find. You can share lists with family and friends. Shopping for others has never been easier!

1. Finding your lists

Lists are a new feature only for myWellaBee registered users. In order to see all of your saved products, you’ll need to be logged in. Log in to your account and click My Lists on the dropdown menu by your profile name.

If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so here.

2. Create your lists and add endless products!

You can have endless lists within your profile to help you stay on top of all of your favourite products. To create another list, click “Add list” and then update the list name and a description that suits your collection of foods.

We’ve started things for you by adding a default “favourites” list to your profile. Your favourites list will contain all of the products that you’ve added to lists. To add a product to a specific list you’ve created, click on the heart above the product while browsing, and choose a list from the dropdown menu.

If an item is already added to a list, the list will appear yellow.

To remove a product from a list, simply click the selected list.

When scrolling through products, items you’ve already added to any of your lists will show a filled in heart, so you can tell the difference.

3. Edit and share with friends

The best part about our list feature is being able to share your specifically curated lists with friends and family via facebook, email or URL link.

You can create as many lists as you like to make it easier to categorise your favourite food products.

This allows you to keep track of your family’s favourite foods, helps you shop for guests with confidence and consistently discover new products.

*Tip: when you share lists with family & friends, they won’t need to have an account to be able to view items in your list, although we recommend it!

Browsing as a Registered User

Signing up to become a registered myWellaBee user is the best way to get the most out of your myWellaBee experience and unlock all of our features. To do this,

You can add a different dietary profile under the same account for each member of your family! Profiles make it easier than ever to shop for multiple people in your family with different dietary requirements, without having to analyse all of the ingredients lists. You can edit these any time.

With profiles, you’ll easily be able to shop with specific people’s dietary requirements in mind, or simply browse through all the great products we have to offer.

Using our list feature allows you to save all of your favourite products to as many lists as you like, so they're always easy to find. You can share lists with family and friends. Shopping for others has never been easier!

3. Utilise the search bar

Once you’ve created your profiles and entered in the appropriate dietary requirements for each profile, you’re ready to start searching. Make sure you’re logged in each time.

When searching for products, click on the initials of any of your profiles on the right hand side of the search bar to turn them on and off for each search. This allows you to search for products that fit your whole family’s needs, or just a few.

How to use Guest search in 3 steps

  1. Add your filters

Click on the search bar to begin your search, and see our most popular suggested dietary filters. Click on all that are relevant to you to add them to your search, or search for any more that aren’t shown.

2. What are you looking for?

Once you’ve added your dietary filters, enter what you’re looking for to find results that fit your search.

3. Browse a whole category

You can browse a whole category using your dietary filters if you just want to discover new products. Add your filters into the search bar as usual and hit enter, then filter by the category you want to browse.

How to use perfect and partial matches

Each product in your search results will be labelled either “perfect match” or “partial match”.

A perfect match is labelled on a product that fits all of the dietary tags you used in your search.

A partial match is labelled on a product that fits some, but not all of the dietary tags you used in your search.

If you have multiple profiles turned on in your search bar with different dietary requirements for each, this is likely why your results are showing "partial matches".

To find out more about why a product is a perfect or partial match, click on the product to view all of the dietary tags associated with that product.

myWellaBee is just a guide, we always recommend users to double check the ingredients list and allergen statements before consuming.
