Liquor is yellow orange with distinct green highlights. Medium bodied infusion that is mentholated on the nose. The liquor is antique gold with some yellow orange and distinct green highlights. This is an excellent infusion as its flavours develop gently in the mouth. On first taste, you get distinct peppermint and spearmint flavours. On swallowing, the cooling effect of mint develops in the mouth and rolls down the throat leaving you with a menthol-like effect. You are rejuvenated. The aftertaste is long and you are rewarded with the subtle but lingering taste of applemint herb. A bright and refreshing infusion.
