Our apricots. We make our selection from naturally sun-dried apricots from the Malayta region in south-east Turkey. Intensely hot climate make it possible to produce dried apricots the most natural way - in the sun - in just a few days. The region is famous for having produced apricots for millennia and it provides about two thirds of dried apricots around the world.
