Michael Angelo's Vegetable Lasagna

In the farming area of Southern Italy, you'll find the most flavorful vegetables, which was Mom's and my inspiration for our Vegetable Lasagna. The result - a delicious, full-flavor, Italian lasagna that remains true to a nutritious vegetarian lifestyle. It is made with seven crisp vegetables, a marinara sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, artisan-style Ricotta cheese, and topped with mozzarella and imported pecorino romano cheeses.
