Melinda's Raspberry Coconut Cupcake Mix
A wholesome blend of Melinda's signature flour, coocnut, and real dried & crushed raspberries. Sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia. Just add coconut cream, butter and eggs (or an egg substitute such as Orgran's No Egg Egg Replacer, or Yes You Can's Vegan Egg Replacer). Try adding fresh or frozen raspberries to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes.
