Kapiti Pakari Blackcurrant Aged Cheddar Cheese

This sharp and tangy cheddar is aged up to 2 years before being steeped in New Zealand blackcurrant for a hint of sweetness. It is then sealed in a lovely red wax to contain the divine flavour.
