Hubbards Fix & Fogg Peanut Butter Crispy Crunchy Granola

Latest from New Zealand! Everyone loves peanut butter! From the most southerly-southern reaches of Stewart Island to the far northern tip of Cape Reinga, Kiwi’s can’t get enough of the roasted, golden goodness. These little islands are besotted with the stuff. To be honest, the granola makers at Hubbards aren’t immune from the nutty obsession. So…we took a road trip to get help from some friends to help us crack the nut (for pun spotters…yip, that’s one!) of capturing this goodness in our granola. 633km later, we ended up at the window of Fix and Fogg, the Welly-based lawyers and PB afficionados, who helped us create this crunchy explosion of peanuts with a scoop of peanut butter.
