Harry Ramsden Chip Shop Curry Sauce

Harry Ramsden's Chip Shop Style Curry Sauce Mix is a mild traditional chip shop style curry powder sauce mix. Tasty, fruity, easy to make sauce that's great to pour over chips or for a quick curry meal. Make up as little or as much as you want! Stir with boiling water, whisk briskly until thoroughly mixed, stand for a few minutes to allow thickening, stir again. If required add more hot water to thin down to desired consistency before serving. For a quick chicken curry, make up the sauce as per the instructions, add cooked chopped chicken and peas, heat thoroughly and serve with rice or naan bread.
