Take the pork out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature.2.Remove the packaging and lightly oil the pork (not the pan) and season with salt or your favourite seasoning.3.Heat a pan (or barbecue) to high heat.4. Place in the pan (or on the barbecue) and cook for 1 to2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.5. Once cooked, remove from pan and serve.\r\n\r\n Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C\r\nTo freeze, do so on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Allow to fully thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking and keep refrigerated until use.
