Once cooked, remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes before carving.\r\n\r\n Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C\r\nTo freeze, do so on day of purchase and use within 1 months. Allow to fully thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking and keep refrigerated until use.
