Biona Rye Bread Vitality With Sprouted Seeds

This bread is made by a family-owned bakery established in 1927 in Muensterland, Germany. Using traditional artisan skills they grind all the grains just before baking to create delicious-tasting loaves packed with mung bean, aduki, alfalfa, rye, radish, sesame, linseed and quinoa sprouted seeds.
