Biona Chia & Flax Seed Rye Bread

This bread is made by a family-owned bakery established in 1927 in Muensterland, Germany. Using traditional artisan skills they grind all the grains just before baking to create high-fibre delicious tasting loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness of chia and flax seed needed as part of a healthy diet.
