Amy's Thai Red Curry
This Red Thai Curry is Amy's dad's favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables; sauteed onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash swimming in an authentically spiced (but not too hot) smooth coconut milk based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has no dairy and no wheat, and is absolutely delicious. So enjoy. 0 G trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs.
